Actor Tabibul Islam Babu dies

Senior theatre and television actor Tabibul islam Babu has passed away.

He breathed his last at a private hospital in the city on Friday evening.

He was battling Covid-19.

Some of his memorable works are "Khoto Bikkhoto", "Shat Ghaater Kanakori", "Shesh Rokkha", and "Rabindranath Thakur er Dui Bon", among others.

In 1995, he created a new troupe named Natyajan.

The actor also featured in many television projects, as well as Tanvir Mokammel's film "Jibon Dhuli".
