MC college gang-rape: Rabiul arrested

Law enforcers have arrested a person named Rabiul in the case filed over the gang-rape of a woman at Murari Chand (MC) College in Sylhet.

The rape accused was captured by a team of DB police 9 from Inatganj under Nabiganj upazila of Habiganj around 10:00 pm on Sunday (September).

Confirming the matter, Habiganj police super Mohammad Ullah said, details will be disclosed later.

Earlier on Friday, a woman was gang-raped allegedly by six Chhatra League men on the premises of the hostel of Sylhet's MC College when she was visiting with her husband.
