Independent ebtedayee teachers’ madrasas submit memo to PM

Teachers of independent ebtedayee madrasas have submitted a memorandum to the Prime Minister demanding seven points.
Under the banner of Bangladesh Independent Ebtedayee Madrasa Teachers' Association, teachers started the march towards Prime Minister’s office from national press club on Sunday (November 29).
Later, a two-member team of teachers went to the prime minister's office to submit the memo after the police intercepted a procession of the teachers in front the High Court.
Meanwhile, Bashir Aftab, joint secretary of Bangladesh Independent Ebtedayee Madrasa Teachers' Association said, “We have observed a 15-day sit-in program at Press Club. We will start hunger-strike if our demands are not met.”
