Covid-19: Bangladesh logs 10 more deaths, 6676 new cases

Bangladesh registered 10 more deaths from coronavirus (Covid-19) in the past 24 hours, climbing the national toll to 28,154 across the country so far.

Besides, some 6,676 new cases were reported over the same period. With this, the total number of infected cases stood at 16,24,387 in the country.

A press release of the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) revealed the development on Monday (January 17).

Alongside, as many as 427 Covid-19 patients made recoveries in the past 24 hours, bringing the total recoveries to 15,53,320, the release said.
