Charge sheet accepted in Habiganj 4 kid murder case

Habiganj Correspondent: A Habiganj Court has accepted the charge sheet in sensational four kid murder case in Sundratiki village of the district`s Bahubal upazila.

Judge Kiran Shanker Halder of Habiganj District Women and Children Repression Prevention Tribunal accepted the charge sheet and fixed July 25 for hearing.

The court also rejected bail pleas of five accused who are in jail.

Apart from this, the complication over the age of accused Rubel has been removed. The report said that he was not adolescent during the crime was carried out.

police on February 17 recovered bodies of four children from under the ground at Sundratiki of Bahubal upazil five days after they went missing.

The children Shuvo (8), his cousin Tajel Miah (10), Monir Miah (7) and Ismail Hossain (10) disappeared on February 12 as they went to watch a football match to nearby Uttar Bhadeshwar village.
