Cox’s Bazar town declared as red zone

Authorities in Cox’s Bazar declared the municipality area of the town a ‘red zone’ amid growing number of coronavirus cases in the area and imposed certain restrictions.

A notification was issued this regard on Friday. The restrictions would be effective from Saturday (June 6).

It was learnt that the municipality area of district has 364 confirmed cases of coronavirus.
