One killed in Char Fasson polls violence

A youth has been killed in a clash between some supporters of two member candidates following Hajariganj union parishad elections in Char Fasson upazila of Bhola.

The deceased was identified as Monir Hossain.

The clash took place between supporters of Yusuf and Yeasin member candidates at ward no 5 of the union on Monday (June 21) morning.

Officer-in-charge (OC) of Char Fasson police station Md Monir Hossain confirmed the news.
