Humayun Kabir-Ashikur to lead IU Career Club

The Islamic University Career Club has formed a 15-member convening committee with Humayun Kabir Jibon of English department as convener and Ashikur Rahman of management department as joint-convener.

A press release, signed by the IUCC convener, was issued in this regard on Saturday.

The other members of the committee are- Bimul Roy, Farjana Islam Mahee, Abdul Karim, Mutasim Billah Riyad, Shihab Uddin, Azaharul Islam, Tahmid Hasan Shovon, Akhi Khanom, Pallob Ahmed Siam, Akhi Alomgir, Mojammel Hossen Rumman, Tauhid Ahmed Asif and Abu Talha Akash.

IUCC convener Humayun Kabir Jibon said, ‘Islamic University Career Club will operate as an educational, non-profit, non-political organization.  The real purpose of this organization is to make the members efficient and qualified and to further develop their talents.'

The full-fledged committee will be formed soon, he adds.

Islamic University Career Club has started its journey on the campus on October 17, aiming to enrich and broaden the experience of the student community and to better enable them to build a career.
